Fiery Bengal Chutney

Ingredients: apples, onions, brown vinegar, sugar, raisins, ginger, garlic, chillies, salt, turmeric
We rate the heat of this chutney about 7/10, sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on the heat of the chillies used.
A lovely flavoursome chutney which has a real depth of flavour, before that small burst of heat at the finish. One of our favourites.
