Spicy Date Chutney

Ingredients: dates, brown vinegar, raisins, sugar, onions, currants, salt, dried chillies, allspice, mustard seeds
We use this chutney in our cafe as a spread for chicken, avocado, brie and sundried tomato focaccias, and in our chicken, avo & bacon wraps. It adds a deliciously sweet and slightly spicy flavour, without overpowering the more subtle flavours of chicken and avocado.
